Meet Ed - The Coaches Coach

Certified Master Coach

Ed is the founder of TRUFORTH, a leadership development company. He has been developing leaders, coaching, facilitating and speaking for over 20 years.

He is a Certified Master Coach coaching CEO’s, executive teams, entrepreneurs and organizations. He has facilitated leadership trainings globally and offers experiential learning leaving people transformed from the inside out.

His gift for empowering others and his rigorous training of nearly 300 leadership modules have granted him thousands of remarkable face-to-face hours as a professional coach.

Ed is an inspirational keynote speaker sharing his faith-building messages from growing up in an abusive, alcoholic home and the lessons he learned on forgiveness to building thriving ecosystems, navigating the fog, shifting from a scarcity mindset to an abundant mindset to living out your purpose and vision. He has a unique gift of engaging his audience and always leaves them with an impartation of faith and purpose.

Ed owned an award-winning building company for 17 years and served on the board of several nonprofit organizations. He founded and pastored a church for 14 years and witnessed thousands come to know Jesus and many healings and miracles. He has spoken in ten nations and loves empowering all people! He loves to share a faith inspired perspective to implement kingdom business and living.

He also wrote his first book, Synergistic Rhythm, which helps businesses and organizations build a thriving ecosystem.

His greatest accomplishment remains the family he’s raised with his high school sweetheart, Patty, and their seven grandchildren they now get to enjoy. They just celebrated 37 years of marriage!

They would describe Ed as a lifelong leadership student and biggest encouragement to people. He loves spending time outdoors with Patty, connecting with others, reading and writing, and cafes.
